Friends, Golf & Competition

PGL was created because we love our Pour Guys community and SF Hospitality friends, but we also love to golf and wanted to play more together. So, naturally we combined the two and in 2019 the Par Guys League was formed by a group of 11 bartenders and Tyler. After our first season the community began to grow naturally via word of mouth.  We had created more of a community than just a golf league.

Two main pillars of PGL were molded following the inaugural season: Our Community and Player Progression.

PGL is about finally meeting those friends of friends that you always wanted to golf with. It's not a once a year tournament, its all year round! PGL is a way to improve your golf game with healthy competition. With over 75 members we are growing every season!

We love to give our members the tools they need to incrementally improve their game via detailed stats and in person help. Not everyone has 4-6 hours a week to play 18. Each season is played exclusively at a local 9 hole course in SF with 1-2hrs playtime. You'll play the same course over the entire season.  Doing so will help you hone in on each hole and incrementally improve through repetition.  PGL is composed of a very diverse skill level of players all eager to help each other improve their game. 

We love what the Par Guys League has become. Finally there is a home for the degenerates and their clubs.
